A highly motivated and creative Customer Relationship Manager, with a background in the luxury market, is required for a bespoke travel brand based in Central London. This exciting company, who create high-end tailor made holidays, are looking to appoint a proactive individual who is capable of driving engagement by marketing directly to high net worth individuals, in addition to retaining existing loyal customers.
The ideal candidate shall demonstrate an ability to craft a customer-centric omnichannel approach aimed at recruiting new customers and developing existing ones, through designing a strategy driven by key consumer insights, implementing and managing CRM program.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Head of Sales, the CRM Manager will be responsible for helping to drive and implement the CRM strategy; ensuring there is a range of innovative activity in place to drive maximum engagement.
*Create and deliver a new strategy to improve customer return and referral rates, whilst identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities for maximising customer value.
*Formulate and activate a marketing calendar (including both on and offline methods) that will resonate with the client base and compliment existing brand marketing.
*Support relationships with existing clients and increase engagement with new clients through:
odevelopment and implementation of customer relationship management expansion and retention strategies
ounderstand the customer journey in order to maximise revenue from loyal clients
odevelopment, implementation and tracking of all client-specific marketing initiatives to ensure they drive positive returns and are consistent with brand strategy
oprotect and grow revenue from new and existing clients as a result of understanding client needs and translating into effective tools for the sales team
opromote and manage the one to one top client communication program including commercial and delight activities set according to client's purchasing propensity, needs and culture with clear tracking and ROI
*Find CRM best practices in the luxury and travel world to propose and deliver new innovative and creative ideas, CRM programs and technologies
*Brief designers, marketing and product team to implement marketing communications and campaigns across multiple channels to generate increased loyalty
*Optimize efficiency and quality of campaigns. Measure, evaluate and report on success
The ideal candidate will be an independent individual who thrives on responsibility and is capable of managing their own projects and working towards a clear goal.
*Strong previous CRM experience in a fast-paced environment is essential
*Experience in luxury sector preferable
*Strong creativity for developing ideas and campaigns/offerings/events
*Confident with data including data mining and analysis
*Highly articulate and confident communicator with strong influencing skills
*Self-motivated multi-tasker able to handle multiple projects and manage their time effectively
*Whilst not essential, it would be beneficial to have a network/knowledge of suppliers and third parties that they can be used for client engagement purposes
