Senior Business Development Manager/Business Development Director. Fast growing start-up who are building scalable platforms for highly sensitive data in heavily regulated industries. From developing software services to future-proofing big businesses, their goal is to build products and services that enable growth.
Daily tasks include identifying new commercial relationships and building a pipeline of business. Up-selling and cross selling, whilst defining the sales process and cycle. As Senior Business Development Manager/Business Development Director you will also be responsible for leading recruitment initiatives and on-boarding new hires, as well as managing different teams.
-Proven track record of winning business for software development agency
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
-Experience in leading RFP processes
-Track Record of coaching teams
As Senior Business Development Manager/Business Development Director you will earn up to £60k + commission
