The brand launched 3 years ago, and through their website they are selling in 50+ countries. They have experienced excellent success so far and will be going into another round of funding shortly, meaning flexibility in the marketing budget is available.
You will be working in a fantastic, modern and bright Ladbroke Grove based office of 22, soon to be moving to a beautiful location in Hampstead - summer picnics on the heath are certainly on the cards! You will be managing a marketing team of 5, and will be completely in charge of all elements of the brand marketing, as well as overseeing the digital function. These marketing staff are very talented, very committed to the business, and bring a lot of their own fantastic ideas. You will be reporting directly into the founders, who both have incredible vision, acumen, are very supportive and a pleasure to be around!
The office has a very positive atmosphere, the brand is a very high end, positive one, which also has an environmental/sustainability message. This is a really exciting role, in a young company with the opportunity to develop into the top marketer role as the business grows, such as CMO or EMEA Marketing Director.
*Lead the brand strategy, overseeing the brand positioning and establishing the brand as the high-end retailer of choice for the market
*Working with the experienced and exciting marketing and creative teams, deliver all media strategy, including social media platforms, content, communications/PR and influencers
*Designing innovative, stand-out marketing campaigns to connect with key target markets
*Engaging and connecting with customers, you will drive online revenue, acquisition, cross-selling and repeat purchases
*Leading and motivating the marketing team of 5 direct reports to create outstanding brand strategy and campaigns
*Experience in building a high-end brand strategy
*Excellent digital marketing, content, social media and communications skills
*Track record of delivering e-commerce acquisition and meeting CRM KPIs
*Experience working with creative staff, both in house and agency management
*Consumer facing, entrepreneurial, creative and able to maximise success from all touch points
*Experience in a fast-growth, early stage start-up or in a subscriptions/e-commerce business
