The business are looking for an exceptional candidate to drive forward and ultimately grow the B2B function, targeting both schools, and educational partnerships. In order to do this, you will be working across both acquisition and retention, creating and delivering the strategy.
You do not need to have worked in the education industry to apply for this role. You do need to have worked in a start up, or small SAAS, subscription or tech company however.
-Own, create, and deliver the B2B lead generation and acquisition strategy.
-Own, create and deliver the B2B retention strategy.
-Work across the business and deliver qualified leads to sales team.
-Continue to work with sales team to deliver excellent supporting content that will assist with sales process.
-Identify the ideal customer profile and value proposition and create supporting marketing materials.
-Manage the planning and implementation of campaigns across multiple channels (content, CRM, email, postal, partnership, events, social and a little digital).
-Create CRM campaigns that are focussed on nurturing and converting leads.
-Create content focussed marketing campaigns - think reports, blogs, vlogs, interviews, case studies, white papers, teaching guides, market insight, partnerships. You will be required to create content calendars.
-Track, report and optimise all campaigns. Make recommendations and report back to leadership team.
-Develop excellent relationships with schools and partners.
-Continuously optimise the pipeline.
-Work with the CRM Manager, data teams, sales teams and wider marketing team to achieve goals. You will have support.
The Ideal Candidate
-At least 4 years of B2B marketing experience.
-Extensive experience working in start ups, or small SAAS, subscription or tech companies.
-Experience of working closely with sales teams.
-Extensive experience working with content, CRM, email, and postal B2B marketing campaigns.
-Ability to analyse and report on campaigns confidently to incite business change.
-Positive, can do attitude.
-Driven, ambitious and entrepreneurial person, who sees opportunities not problems.
