About The Role
You will be responsible for the lead generation function in our B2B side of the business, working with and marketing to schools, universities and councils. No previous experience working in education is necessary.
What you'll do:
*Determine the target audience through segmentation, research, building a customer profile, targeting personas and defining a value proposition.
*Plan the demand generation marketing strategy, then develop, schedule and launch the campaigns to find leads, and create interest and awareness.
*Be responsible for reporting and optimising campaigns. Deliver campaign results and recommendations for optimisation to sales and marketing teams.
*Produce insightful content and run digital campaigns.
*Work closely with the sales team to create lead generation targets.
*Create case studies and testimonials to use in B2B relationship building.
*Automate the marketing as much as possible: platforms, lead generation and email campaigns in particular.
*Optimise the funnel.
What we're looking for
*B2B demand generation and customer acquisition experience.
*Proven track record of driving growth and lead generation.
*Have liaised with sales teams to create a shared goal.
*Passion, enthusiasm, and drive!
*Knowledgeable on Marketing Automation platforms and CRM
*A mix of creative and analytical thinking
*Strong attention to detail, communication skills both verbal and written, and comfort working with data
*Training and investment in your learning
