Propel London Boosts Creative Team to Meet Demand for Creative Talent

Propel has expanded its Creative desk to reflect a growing demand for talent in areas such as UX/UI and digital production.

The newly-formed team will help both global brands and fast-growing tech companies find the right creative talent needed to grow their business.

“Our revamped creative offering is answering an urgent need from our clients to find the best talent on the market, a process that needs deep industry knowledge and connections,” said Propel London CEO Melina Jacovou. “Our team has first-hand experience in the industry we’re serving and we’re already seeing some fantastic results.”

The Creative desk is led by Ben Brooke, previously a digital designer, and includes Matthew Kiziltan, who previously worked in a global ad agency.    

Matthew Kiziltan, said: “With the rise of emerging technologies and the influence of apps, there are huge opportunities for creatives at the forefront of shaping the future of design and we’re seeing an incredibly exciting reimagining of the role creativity plays in business success.”

Ben Brooke said, “My time spent working in design agencies means I’ve got a firm grip on what drives creatives and I love being able to help them find the right position where their talent is rewarded.”

The Propel London Creative desk comprises:

Ben Brooke, who looks after roles including Head of Creative, Product Designers, UX/UI, Motion Graphics, Graphic Designers, Digital Designers, Creative Directors and Art Directors.

Matthew Kiziltan, who looks after roles including User Experience, UX Designers, UX Architects, IA, UX Researchers, and Service Designers.

Kate Brawn, who looks after roles including Creative Operations, Digital Project Managers, Account Managers, Account Planners, and Digital Producers.
