We worked with Propel to hire a key member of the senior management team. From the outset, Propel impressed by assembling a very long-list of profiles, to establish the right fit. They constantly canvassed feedback and provided regular updates. Based on feedback regarding the long-list of profiles, they adjusted the hiring criteria to create a shorter list of potential candidates. A hugely impressive set of face-to-face interviews were arranged, which included several standout candidates. Once the decision was made to make an offer, Propel were there throughout to close the candidate.
