That's why we're committed to training and developing the skills of all our staff, no matter what their level of seniority or experience. Every member of the team, from the CEO down to the junior consultants, has a Personal Development Plan and programme of training which is focused on helping them to achieve their goals and progress in terms of seniority and responsibility.
We have specialised teams of consultants focused on distinct areas of the digital industry - digital media, performance marketing, client-side, creative & technical, mobile, and contracts. The consultants are supported by our in-house marketing and operations functions, as well as a dedicated trainer and senior management.
