Support Manager - Arabic speaking
I am currently working an exciting and scaling Tech platform looking for a Support Manager - Arabic Speaking or Service manager - Arabic speaking based in Central London.
With more than 35 million users and rapidly growing they’re looking for a Support Manager - Arabic Speaking or Service manager - Arabic speaking to oversee their already established Support team, further grow this globally, agree strict SLAs and introduce best practice.
An exciting start up tech platform, with considerable investment and a global reach, this role will ultimately be responsible for growing a shaping a best in class global support function.
Key skills required:
*5 years + working in Support environments
*Arabic speaking and written language fluent
*Agree, Introduce and adhere to Service Level Agreements.
*Experience working in large user base environments.
*Recruit and structure a support team.
*Reporting performance to both business and Technology stakeholders.
*Provide expert advice, coaching and guidance to Technology and business teams on all support and SLA processes.
*Available to travel 1-2 days per week, roughly 1 hours outside London to regional office.
*Hands on with Infrastructure and Systems
