We are looking for a talented Marketing Manager to lead our internal marketing department working across the Propel London, Propel West and Propel Executive brands.

This is an all-encompassing marketing role, we need you to put into practice your ability to get stuck in and drive the business’ marketing efforts. You will be responsible for the continual development of our brand and cementing our reputation as the best recruiter in our markets as well as a brilliant place to work.

You will also need to not only share our core values of passion, ambition, professionalism, inclusiveness, and profitability, but also live these in the way that you work.

You’ll have a wide and varied role that gives you the opportunity to get involved in a wealth of marketing activities, including:

*Planning and executing Propel’s marketing strategy in line with the wider business strategy
*Managing all Propels branded assets, both digital and print - company brochures, pitch packs, search proposals, presentations and branded documents
*Managing industry leading events with the senior leadership team ensuring all events are content rich and captured for ongoing use
*Executing Propel’s email marketing strategy
*Actively monitoring and creating content for the website and social media channels.
*Using the full suite of Adobe tools to create imagery, infographics, documents, presentations and more
*Managing relationships with suppliers, job boards, media partners and external stakeholders.
*Ad-hoc task as and when required.
