Key responsibilities

? To be responsible for bringing positivity and energy as an ambassador of pay per click (PPC) and paid search/social marketing

? To be responsible for owning and overseeing all PPC search campaigns.

? To design and implement campaigns from scratch, as well as assessing existing campaigns and identifying opportunities for improvement.

? To analyse and draw insight from third party analytics data, and implement innovative management techniques to maximise campaign performance.

? To work alongside other Studio team members and present/progress of their campaigns

? To delegate work to PPC Managers and Paid Media Executives to ensure delivery of all paid media work is carried out on time and within agreed time budgets

? To keep up to date with industry trends regarding PPC / paid social marketing and be willing to experiment and test new concepts, techniques and tactics. Get involved in events and networking opportunities.

? To work closely with owners and other business marketers to help assist in developing digital marketing strategies that deliver effective ROI.

? To champion and mentor on any changes to PPC marketing processes or principles and ensure they meet the correct standard

? To hold regular informal and formal performance reviews with all paid team members to help mentor, train and progress them and their skills
