Propel are partnered with a pioneer in over the counter iron supplements on their search for a Digital Marketing Lead as they look to dominate the UK market.
The role will be one of “founding member” of their UK team, joining the country manager to grow out their UK presence. Their product has been live for 1.5 years and has increase in popularity as it offers a higher dosage than their competitors and no side effects. They are a small but perfectly formed business who are preparing for a number of new product launches and expansion into new markets.
The Digital Marketing Lead will craft their digital marketing strategy from scratch, be hands on with roll out and work closely with their CEO to identify new market opportunities. Currently there is a small amount of digital marketing in place so this is an opportunity for someone to take complete ownership of their digital function with a view to building out a team.
Skills and experience of the Digital Marketing Lead:
*Proven experience building a digital marketing strategy from scratch
*Hands on experience with various digital marketing channels (PPC, display, paid social, content, etc)
*Strong budget management/ownership experience
*Ability to work autonomously and able to communicate with teams in different geographies
*Creative and constantly thinking of new and innovative ways to use new digital marketing techniques
*Experience of healthcare industry and understanding of regulatory requirements and impact of development of marketing materials experience an advantage.
