The Role: Customer Success Specialist

Remuneration: £30-35k + £20k OTC
Start Date: ASAP
In this brand new function, you will be integral in the company’s immediate and future business success in the UK. You will be responsible for:
* improving customer service and retention;
* growing customer share of spend by providing a single point of contact for “project sales” and delivery
* unlocking opportunities for both sales and Customer Success to proactively drive account growth by growing the user base and share of spend, selling wider and upwards into the customers’ businesses (increasing account penetration).
