A global leading fin tech company are on the hunt for a Partnership Marketing Manager to look after their B2B business. The client is a respected household name and can offer a diverse working environment, great benefits and unparalleled career progression.  Over the past 12 months the business has gone through a very exciting digital transformation and brought on board a fantastic marketing team. As part of these changes they now need a super-savy Partnership Marketing Manager to help them on their journey!

The Role
The role requires a bright and enthusiastic marketing expert, willing to drive new ideas and change but also to get their hands dirty to deliver for the ever changing needs of the business across the UK and global markets. This is a global role that will allow the chosen individual to gain experience across multiple markets. The role sits within the B2B Marketing team which collaborates with the business development team to assist them with the marketing requirements needed to win, retain and develop relationships.

As the Partnership Marketing Manager you will be responsible for developing value propositions, retaining existing partners through partner engagement, relationship building and running the tender process. You will drive and increase sales through the planning, management and execution of online and offline marketing campaigns. Alongside this you will have the opportunity to work on projects such as launching their social media platform for the b2b side of the business in order to grow and develop these relationships. 


*3-5 year’s experience within the FX or financial services environment
*Demonstrable track record in a partnership environment (B2B or B2B2C)
*Proven experience within Online and Offline Marketing
*Experience of assisting/ managing the tender process is preferred but not essential (training will be provided)
*Results and delivery focused
*High energy and thirst for growth
