Application Support Engineer

I am currently working with one of the most pioneering tech platforms globally, currently looking to expand their support team with an Application Support Engineer to be based in central London.
An innovative technology, with Senior Management from some of the most well-known technology businesses globally who last year launched a technology considerably ahead of their global competition. After an exciting year, they’re looking to continue their growth by scaling their technical teams with a new Application Support Engineer.
This Application Support engineer will be working closely with their Tier 1 client base, and will be providing technical support for their Applications and Platform. An exciting role, with unrivalled potential for growth, this role will be one of the initial hires into this team, and will be given intensive training around their product set.
*2 years + within Application Support / Platform Support / Product Support
*Excellent client facing skills
*Experience within SQL
*An interest in technology
Desired but non-essential:
*Educated to degree level or higher
*Experience with Spreadsheets, Excel, and / or data
