We are proud to announce the hiring of a new People Development Team at Propel, kick starting in June 2014. This on site team will focus on commercial training, market education and individual coaching via a personal development planning initiative. We have spent the last 12 months actively researching the key drivers and working environments that allow recruiters to excel. It is our belief that this dedication to development will not only enhance the abilities and career prospects for our employees, but also retain our brand reputation as the recruitment leader in the Digital Market sectors.

Commission is paid monthly and we have a quarterly and annual kicker scheme in place allowing you to earn 19% to 41% of your personal sales.
We are currently hiring across our 3 key permanent teams, Digital Services, Brand and Technology. Each team is looking to hire both experienced recruiters and junior trainees. Each position comes with a clearly defined market place, training and development program.
