We are proud to announce the hiring of a new People Development Team at Propel, kick starting in June 2014. This on site team will focus on commercial training, market education and individual coaching via a personal development planning initiative. We have spent the last 12 months actively researching the key drivers and working environments that allow recruiters to excel. We are currently hiring across our 3 key permanent teams, Digital Services, Brand and Technology. Each team is looking to hire both experienced recruiters and junior trainees. Each position comes with a clearly defined market place, training and development program.
