You may already know that each year we work towards helping a specific charity - this year we have decided to support the Teenage Cancer Trust with the great work they do. To get the ball rolling we decided a bit of fresh air and excersize was a good bet for some of the Propel team - we entered them into a run. So, on the 29th March, a selection of our guys and girls will be at the starting line in Greenwich Park come rain or shine!

And all we need from you is your support - you can donate as much or as little as you wish on our Just Giving page

There’s a dozen or so people taking part, but we’ve picked three you can get to know right now.

Tristram Revill

Tristram Revill

We asked Tristram if he is a keen runner? He said: ‘I’m not a tough runner at all, the last time I ran I had to catch the number 8 bus because I was late for work… wish me luck!’ Follow Tristram on Twitter

Christian Preece

Christian Preece

When we spoke to Christian he sounded pretty confident about his chances. ‘I think I will come first or I will have wasted £62.00 per month on gym membership for the past 5 years for nothing…’

Vince Spurr

Vince Spurr

Vince on the other hand sounds like he needs all the help he can get. ‘I would say my sporting background would have helped me about 2-3 years ago, but now with the amount of injuries that I’m carrying through various knocks on the rugby league pitch, it feels like I can’t leave the house without being stuck together by tape and/or good will. Saying that though despite the long term damage to my legs, neck, shoulder, arms….. face etc, I have been getting myself ready for the upcoming season this year, getting all my rehab done so hopefully I should go alright for a 5k run.’

We think that The Teenage Cancer Trust is doing an incredible job helping teenagers with cancer to have a better life. They are dedicated to improving the quality of life and chances of survival for young cancer patients aged 13-24. Teenage Cancer Trust funds and builds specialist units in NHS hospitals and provides dedicated staff, bringing young people together so they can be treated by teenage cancer experts in the best place for them. For more information about Teenage Cancer Trust please visit their websiteThere are two ways you could contribute towards raising money for the Teenage Cancel Trust:
