My client are an online retail brand who have some exceptional funding from some of the leading investment companies in the UK. The MD recently sold a business that he started from scratch that he took to over 200 employees before the age of 35! He started his next adventure a year ago and they are already profitable with a team of over 20 employees.
The next step in the company growth is to hire a Marketing Director to manage and deliver their sales and operations. I'm looking for a dynamic, driven and highly entrepreneurial Marketing Director to join this adventure to maintain their current 20-50% growth each month they are in business.
Their offering is unique as they are an online retail brand but their niche is in selling their products directly from the manufacturer to the consumer. They have been hugely successful since they set up and they have a young, vibrant and creative office in Central London.
They only want the top tier of candidates on the market to apply, so what do you need to have to be the next addition to this inspirational team?
I'm looking for candidates with:
- Senior hands online marketing experience, across Search, SEO, affiliates, partnerships and display
- Experience of developing partnerships with traditional and online media
- A good knowledge of delivering offline marketing campaigns
- Strong line management
- Experience managing both acquisition and retention strategies
- Experience developing brand awareness campaigns
- Online retail experience is essential
