Global leader in scientific, medical and professional services publishing is looking for user experience practitioner to join its London based eSolutions team in central London.
This is hugely stimulating role based around international research, information architecture, interaction and detail design. Based in our client‰Ûªs central London office, you will be the lead user experience practitioner across all European operations. Your remit will be to ensure a pleasurable and tailored user experience across their range of tools, websites and applications.
Part of the role will see you travel to a number of locations across Europe to develop an understanding of how medical professionals and scientists interact with our client‰Ûªs interactive projects. By conducting ethnographic studies, in-depth interviews and focus groups, you will be able to establish and document the behaviour and needs of users from different nationalities and cultures. The knowledge that you cultivate will serve two purposes; tactical and strategic improvements to existing products and services, and to ensure the success of new products that our clients wants to bring to market.
To be eligible for this role you must be multilingual, ideally fluent (written and spoken) in English and either French, German or Spanish. It goes without saying that this role is for a senior and extremely rounded UX professional. You must be proficient at planning, leading and delivering complex user-centred design projects from start to finish. You must also be able to lead cross-functional teams.
If you are a self-starter, able to successfully handle multiple complex projects at one time, with a genuine thirst for research and data, this is the role for you.
