Project Executive
My client, a well established digital trade body, is looking for a Project Executive to join its team of professionals based in Central London.
The agency is well founded and holds great gravitas within the industry. Its location in Central London offers access to a vast number of bars, restaurants and shops for post work entertainment.
The Project Executive is responsible for running industry committee groups - scheduling and attending the meetings, writing agendas, sending invites taking notes... but the most important aspect of this is the people management. You need to make sure that the attendees understand what's needed from them - that when they commit to writing a piece of educational material, or a white paper, or some research, that they do it within the time frames given and agreed. You need to follow up with them, ensure that they understand the importance of what they're contributing and provide them with any assistance.
An in-depth knowledge of digital is required as you will, in time, be required to contribute to the booklets and materials. This role needs someone with gravitas, a lust for digital, and a project exec background - if you have ad ops or trafficking in your background then even better.
This is a unique opportunity for someone with a couple of years' experience and a thirst for and huge interest in digital to get involved in a growing and exciting agency, leading to good things! For more information contact me - laura.cheetham@propellondon.com.
