The crux of this role is to assist in the development of an industry class analysis on social media campaigns. You will sit in the Social Media team which specialises in delivering solutions across digital PR, community, content and buzz monitoring. You will regularly provide insights into online conversations and how the consumer behaves and make recommendations on how to harness this for the brands advantage. You will also promote, (company-wide), buzz analysis and become an ambassador for the company.

You will have a solid background in analytics, digital media or search marketing. As well as demonstrate a solid understanding of blogger outreach and social networking and how it fits into the wider mix of online marketing. You MUST also be a strong communicator and an excellent presenter!

Working as their eCRM Manager in this newly created position you will enjoy having a role you can really get your teeth stuck into and help define and develop your own position â€" which is an absolute rarity in this market!

You will get under the skin of their customers in order to understand how to drive more engaged relationships and will be as comfortable working creatively as you will with taking a data driven approach.

You’ll take responsibility for all of their CRM campaign management, both email and SMS, looking at both acquisition and retention.

- Creating new campaigns with internal teams
- Increase engagement and life time value of existing customers
- Managing lists of data
- Measure effectiveness of campaigns in order to optimise and improve future activity

You will need to have used CRM tools such as Cheetahmail and Omniture, ideally SiteCatalyst.

In this European Social Media analyst role you'll be using your languages to follow up on Facebook campaigns that have been carried out in either Spain, France, Germany or Italy, researching target audiences and analysing the platform to ensure that banner adverts get placed on the right pages - keyword research, demographic targeting and conversation tracking. Post campaign you'll be analysing the response from the adverts - how many impressions, the CTR and the overall success of the campaign. You need top Excel skills and a real desire to take part in the analytics - knowledge of search marketing is also desirable. With regards to your languages - you need commercial experience in the countries of choice - so just being able to say "hello" in the languages isn't going to cut it!
