Executive Assistant (Digital)
Not just your normal Executive Assistant role... not just your normal diary to schedule... not just your normal person needed!

This super cool trade body is looking for an exceptionally bubbly, friendly and organised Executive Assistant to come in and provide administrative support for a number of senior members of the team.

You'll be helping out the individuals by scheduling meetings, liaising with the rest of the team on their availability, and booking the meeting rooms required. You need great attention to detail and accuracy skills as you'll be preparing materials for meetings and conferences, and also preparing presentations for board meetings and external meetings - creative and top PowerPoint skills are essential (not meaning floating words and 'kerazy' pictures though!). There's minute taking, contact database updating, call fielding... the general admin side of things as well like booking calls, taxis and travel arrangements.

You need to have similar experience of working in the digital/advertising industry, and a real interest in online technologies. The people who work here are fun, friendly and hard working - there's a real team spirit, and everyone is keen to help each other out. You need to be super friendly, warm and bubbly, being able to work as part of a team and lend a hand when needed.

Reception Supervisor
This well known music retailer is looking for a Reception Supervisor to come on board and take responsibility for the day to day running of its Front of House. The company is really well reputed and based in a superb location, easy to access from all areas of London.

The Reception Supervisor will be responsible for managing two junior receptionists, so previous people management skills are absolutely imperative to the role. You'll be meeting and greeting guests, both on the phone and in person, and redirecting any enquiries as appropriate. An ability to multitask is essential, as alongside training and managing the junior receptionists you'll be assisting the PAs in their admin tasks and providing holiday cover, as well as performing general reception duties such as booking cabs and meeting rooms. Excellent people skills are essential, both in dealing with guests and talking to external companies to arrange travel and hotels for directors.

You'll need a strong working knowledge of MS Office products and switchboard systems, and the ability to work confidently and efficiently in a busy environment.
