Do you have substantial online/integrated business development experience and want to take it to the next level? Are you a self starter either with agency or client side business development experience, ideally with an understanding of digital and channels such as radio, outdoor and local press.
Working for this well established digital business you can take ownership of generating new revenue streams for this well known brand via liaising with national advertisers across digital and traditional media channels. This is a rare opportunity as brands such as this typically look for pure digital experience; however this is your opportunity to show how you have made the transition from traditional media into digital business development and keen to integrate your skills.
In this rewarding position you will develop relationships with a number of partner organisations, looking at various commercial partnership models for the sale or distribution of advertiser content online.
You’ll be happy with producing business cases, fully scoping value proposition and leading negotiations of new distribution partnerships for their PPC feeds in addition to re-negotiating existing deals.
In order to be successful and considered for this position, you will ideally come from a large publisher " traditional or digital and have an understanding of local media, eg radio, press, but also you must have digital business development experience. You must be able to write clear business cases and conversant with commercial partnership models.
This is a great role with lots of autonomy, scope for development and huge earning potential.

My client is a multi award winning, full service and independent Mobile Agency offering strategy, ideas generation, execution and post campaign evaluation. International Sales Director | proven team manager!
This FTSE 100 Company that specialises in international student travel that has a phenomenal growth plan for the coming years is looking for an experienced Sales Director looking to manage, lead and grow a sales team of 20 .
The Sales Director will manage an already establishes team of 20 , that is performing less than satisfactory to optimise this already fast growing direct sales function by thoroughly reviewing existing processes, refining KPI’s and improving on an existing “Best Practice framework” which will also be rolled out internationally.
You will continually review best practices and perform benchmarking exercise looking specifically at KPI’s from direct sales such as the life cycle of a lead from enquiry to conversion, analyse sales reports, measure the quality and quantity of the communications between sales team and the client, as well as incentivising the sales function to ensure a continued stream of motivation is achieved.
The International Sales Director will have a passion for travel, (regular travel will be required), with at least 3 years extensive experience in managing a target driven B2C sales operation, 2 of which have been in a management capacity,(this would ideally come from a telesales / call centre environment).
You will be highly organised, show a calm hand as you enter the storm and lead by example. In addition you will be driven by results, great motivator and people’s person, with the ability to interface with different profiles and characters based in the UK Head Office and internationally.
