Do you have substantial online/integrated business development experience and want to take it to the next level? Are you a self starter either with agency or client side business development experience, ideally with an understanding of digital and channels such as radio, outdoor and local press.

Working for this well established digital business you can take ownership of generating new revenue streams for this well known brand via liaising with national advertisers across digital and traditional media channels. This is a rare opportunity as brands such as this typically look for pure digital experience; however this is your opportunity to show how you have made the transition from traditional media into digital business development and keen to integrate your skills.

In this rewarding position you will develop relationships with a number of partner organisations, looking at various commercial partnership models for the sale or distribution of advertiser content online.

You’ll be happy with producing business cases, fully scoping value proposition and leading negotiations of new distribution partnerships for their PPC feeds in addition to re-negotiating existing deals.


In order to be successful and considered for this position, you will ideally come from a large publisher â€" traditional or digital and have an understanding of local media, eg radio, press, but also you must have digital business development experience. You must be able to write clear business cases and conversant with commercial partnership models.

Digital Product Manager

Do you have substantial online product development experience and want to take it to the next level? Working for this established digital business you can take ownership of their main site and mobile applications in order to champion excellent customer experience across their digital platforms.

In this challenging position you will develop their user interface via it’s content and functionality and create and develop their mobile offering in order to increase traffic to the site. You will do this via leading the product specification and development process, encompassing product enhancement and rolling out new features.

You will also be involved in working with internal teams to develop their reporting function so that analysis can be undertaken on the volume of traffic and improvements made to customer journey and experience.

Rest assured â€" you will have help â€" you will manage an Assistant Product Manager who will be your right arm!

In order to be successful and considered for this position, you will ideally come from a digital pure-play, and ideally have proven success in optimising the search functionality on their consumer website and related applications. You will have wrote product or functional requirements and ideally developed applications for mobile and been responsible for the user interface on a large b2c website.

You will be well versed in large scale consumer website development with a technical understanding in order to translate technical speak in layman’s terms.

Web Manager
Stop press - great new Web Manager role!

Do you want a broad e-commerce role where you will build upon previous experience and learn new skills? Our client is a national retailer with a growing online presence and they are looking for a web manager to join their team.

Working under the Online Marketing Manager, you would be responsible for maintaining company web pages, implementing search techniques, designing graphics and other general Online tasks as required.

Much of the Online activities are managed through third party media agencies and you would liaise with them (including weekly visits to the agencies) so this is a great way to broaden your skillset and knowledge base.

A passion for digital is a must and you will have experience of using HTML, Dreamweaver/Flash, Photoshop and Illustrator.
