Associate Creative Director/Head of Copy

As the Associate Creative Director you will be responsible for;
- Creating award winning work and dealing with all copy-related issues, whether internally or externally, by third-parties or clients.
- Creating and managing large-scale copywriting projects, whilst promoting the agency’s copywriting capabilities. This will require you to educate colleagues and clients on the benefits of copywriters working with other Creatives throughout the project lifecycle.
- Contributing to new business development and work with creative teams on new business pitches.
- Providing creative direction, leadership and guidance to members of the Copy team.
- Working closely with the creative director to ensure output is of the highest quality.
- Liaising with the client service teams to scope out projects and give accurate copy and proofreading timings
To qualify for this role you must have;
- Previous experience working as an Associate Creative Director or Head of Copy.
- A degree, in a writing-related course and experience in advertising or journalism
- Experience in writing copy across a broad range of online mediums, including ad campaigns, emails, online campaigns and websites.
- Exceptional information presentation (visual and written) skills, coupled with experience of contributing to new business development and working new business pitches.

Lead Digital Designer
My client is an international full service digital agency with a fantastic client list, who are famed for putting great ideas at the centre of everything they do. They are looking for a Lead Digital Designer who is not just about delivering successful digital work, but is also a highly conceptual thinker, someone who can present, lead a team and inspire a team of designers.
You will be expected to attend pitches, develop brand guidelines and show your hands on design skills in the studio
Core duties and responsibilities:
Working with the Creative Director to concept web sites, online advertising, mobile applications.
Previous agency experience preferable, but most importantly the ability to meet deadlines.
Take a lead role in all phases of creative work from concept and storyboards through production
Must have a proven track record of working on multiple projects and the maturity to handle multiple tasks at once under pressure.
You should be familiar with agency project process and an expert in Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash (Action Script desirable), combined with strong typography skills. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, After Effects and Rich Media Ad Serving platforms such as DoubleClick
