The Role
Joining in this key role as the General Manager for their ecommerce website which drives 40% of their overall revenue, you will be responsible for managing a team of 3 who oversee all aspects of the site with a significant emphasis on improving customer experience, optimising user journey, project management of ad-hoc offers/campaigns and long term site development.You will work across their 3 core international markets and closely with a number of internal teams in order to oversee the functional development of the site, prioritise developments, ensure the site is optimised for search (seo), manage partner relationships ultimately to increase conversion rates on the site.

Your key duties and responsibilities will include:
• Managing a team of 3 direct reports
• Take overall responsibility for the ecommerce website
