This client is the epitome of what a financial services organisation should be â€" relaxed, vibrant, non-corporate, ideas driven and entrepreneurial. There are no suits, open plan offices and are more in line with a media company than finance.

Sound interesting? They are looking for an Online Marketing Manager to work on their branding campaigns who is a specialist in email marketing, but also a champion of other digital channels such as search marketing, online analytics and social media.

You will be yearning to take on a juicy position that you can be both strategic and hands on and utilise your variety of online skills.

This meaty role encompasses managing various online channels to build their brand in a small team of 5.

. You will do this via:

- Build their email marketing strategy including delivery â€" you will manage a 3rd party, however it is essential that you are competent with Dreamweaver and HTML to be considered as you might need to create templates.
- Search Engine Marketing â€" you will manage their SEO and PPC agencies and strategy
- Website analytics via Google Analytics or Omniture
- Social Media â€" you will help to build their policy and compliance training


In order to be considered, you must have online marketing experience for a well known consumer brand, but imperatively you must have mid/advanced level of Dreamweaver in order to create HTML templates. 80% of the role is implementation, but you must have the ability to be strategic and experience in SEO, PPC â€" managing campaigns via Google Adwords, Yahoo and Microsoft, analytics and social media.

Our client is one of the leading global media networks. Based in central London, they have an opportunity for a candidate who is passionate about sponsorships and partnerships.

In this role, you will head up a team in the Entertainment and Sports Partnership Team. This team handles briefs from clients who want to engage with their audience by creating partnerships and sponsoring events â€" sports events, theatre events, entertainment events, film events, etc. You will guide the client towards the most suitable and brand-worthy event or partnership and present this solution to them, selling in the concept and showing them how this resonates with their brand and engages them with their target audience. This is not a planner role, it’s far more of a client-facing, senior account-handling remit in the specialist area of content and partnerships.

We’re looking for a candidate who has a good understanding of content and partnerships â€" especially media partnerships and major sponsorships â€" particularly at a multi-national level, and how these can be conceived, developed and executed in markets from a central, global hub. You’ll have a strong agency background and the proven ability to build content and sponsorship solutions to meet client needs, sometimes from scratch.
