The role:
Propel London is a specialist digital and new media recruitment business. We‰Ûªre looking for a bright and tenacious recruitment consultant who‰Ûªs passionate about the online gaming and gambling industry and wants the chance to make a name for him or herself in this marketplace. This is an excellent opportunity to join Propel, tap into our very well established client base and with the support of the directors and the rest of the team head up and grow the iGaming division.
A perfect opportunity for someone very tenacious and ambitious. Your role will include:
-Building an industry profile in the i-Gaming sector
-Attending events, conferences and networking parties to get to know the right people in the space
-Becoming an internal expert, and external advocate of the i-Gaming industry
- Identifying suitable professionals in line with project briefs
- Building close relationships with senior individuals in digital media
- Consulting closely with clients to ascertain their needs
-Becoming a guru on key people and businesses in the field
- Targeting top-tier individuals in a proactive, professional and confidential manner
I-Gaming is a tight-knit and lucrative industry. You‰Ûªll need to be knowledgeable about online gambling businesses, legislation and user habits. To be as successful as possible you‰Ûªll also need to be confident and up for spending time outside of work hours networking and getting to know the people in the space. What‰Ûªs more, you‰Ûªll ideally have a creative streak ‰Û" after all, finding the very best talent in the digital space requires an imaginative and unrestricted approach to recruitment.
