Salary: £60000 - £80000 per annum

Key responsibilities:
- Passion for digital marketing and able to demonstrate in depth experience and understanding as a consultant and practitioner
- Able to understand and convey how digital can be harnessed strategically and practically to provide with real, long term business benefits
- Has devised and managed a wide range of web / digital projects from concept to delivery (intranet, extranet, micro sites for a variety of purposes and functionality)
- 5 years experience in a similar roles within an agency or analogous, client services focused, business
- Can lead / supervise project management of complex / multiple application build, ideally following the agile development methodology, with an absolute focus on end user needs
- Managed your own team and had revenue and profit responsibility
- Confident client manager and business developer with a solutions oriented, consultative approach - able to write and pitch proposals
- Broad experience of marketing and business preferably with exposure to B2B, channel marketing and internal communications.
- Proven team leadership / development ability with both direct reports and indirect resources
- Strong financial acumen - able to create detailed project estimates and deliver profitable work
- At ease working on a strategic, creative or practical level
