The ideal candidate for this role needs to understand and promote the full range of the agency‰Ûªs products and services in order to maintain high quality delivery, and also improve profits within the department. A strong ability to build and develop relationships with internal stakeholders is a must for this person.
Key responsibilities
- Explore existing client opportunities with the help of the Client Services team
- Optimise the promotion of the Conversion Analytics services with support from the Marketing team e.g. case studies, revised content on the website
- Enhance the overall strategic approach for the department
- Manage and further develop the service offering e.g. call tracking and conversion attribution
- Manage and develop the Conversion Analytics Consultants
- Be an evangelist for the department and industry segment as a whole e.g. networking, presentations and panels etc.
- Create and refine proposals for the Conversion Analytics service offering
- Attend pitch meetings for new business opportunities
- Refine and communicate the commercial strategy e.g. deliver quotes for requests and projects
- Manage the project pipeline and ensure project delivery
- Ensure that internal and external reporting is being delivered (internal revenue and cost reporting, quarterly GACP reporting and project result reporting to clients)
