This newly created role, Head of Analytics and Insights is a rare and exciting challenge just waiting for someone to take ownership and make this offering their own. This is by no means a woolly offering just focusing on data. The agency sees this person as an absolutely central to their continued success - for this reason the Head of Analytics and Insight will make up an already 4 strong board level management team.
Your focus will be on building a solid service;
- Define, develop and manage an outstanding digital marketing analytics group, leading the design and development of digital measurement solutions.
- Define measurement strategy, vision and infrastructure need to support interactive marketing reporting within our teams to, ultimately, improve client decision-making.
- Manage motivate and mentor the development of these analytics techniques among account team members
- Develop an on-going programme to test and evaluate new tools in all aspects of online measurement.
- Work across online and offline channels to establish and maintain measurement infrastructure.
- Build upon the analytics culture;
- Work with clients and account teams on projects to enhance their understanding of the importance of analytics in all areas of digital marketing.
- Participate and guide our creative leadership in the integration of analytics in our planning, production and presentation to clients.
- Identify areas of potential growth and possible up sell within our existing client base, also supporting new business pitches.
- Provide guidance to other analysts and planners in their creation of forecast, operational and statistical tools and models.
