Do you have top data analytics skills, with a real passion for using the results to improve client campaigns?
This multi award winning agency is looking for a Group Analysis Director to help drive client opportunities through the use of insights gained in analysis.
The role is very high profile, working alongside the Head of Data Strategy to champion data and analytics, ensuring that clients understand the benefits of using the data in the correct way.
Along with managing a team of analysts the Group Analysis Director will be responsible for training, promoting and selling in the use of the agency's proprietary data system, producing analysis using the tool, the clients' own analytical tools and web page analytics.
The role focuses on delivering market-leading analysis projects and solutions. Due to the fact that the clients aren't necessarily analytically focused, the Group Analysis Director needs to be able to take technical and digital explanations and turn them into 'human friendly' conversations so that clients can understand the benefits of using the analytical tools. You'll also be responsible for putting together the proposals for each bespoke analysis project - basically overseeing the process from beginning to end.
The Group Analysis Director will need to have experience in (and in depth understanding of) web technologies such as HTML and Javascript, and data analysis programmes like SAS, SQL and SPSS.
This is a lot more than a pure analysis role - the Group Analysis Director needs to be able to talk knowledgeably to clients and internal stakeholders alike, and be a key part of the team, holding gravitas with top contacts.
