Emma co-founded the Propel business in 2001 with Melina Jacovou.  At the time both were already engaging in recruitment activity in the digital space, and both also agreed that there was a massive need in the market for expertise in that area.

With that in mind, Emma and Mel started the Propel Group with a simple mission in mind: to deliver genuine expertise in digital recruitment.

It's been a natural progression to move into elite recruitment services as the business has matured.  Emma, along with the rest of the team, has built up a serious network of digital professionals whose careers have now moved into the highest echolons of the industry.

Emma is a highly experienced recruitment professional with an inate knowledge of how best to deliver high-level retained assigments, ongoing service level agreements and bespoke recruitment partnerships.
