Director, Mid-Market Sales

The successful candidate is likely to have worked in a phone based sales environment and/or have worked and sold online media and/or managed teams selling online media. This profitable start-up in the last year has built a portfolio of more than 500 clients including many of the largest e-commerce merchants. This is truly a great opportunity to work with market leading technology that enables e-commerce sites to re-engage with potential customers who have left their website. Their personalised banners significantly outperform standard display advertising and other types of retargeted banners in click-through rates.
Requirements
- Building, train and manage the newly created Mid-Marketing Sales team
- Manage a team of 6-12 direct reports (mixture of Sales Managers and Account Managers)
- Prospect and develop relationships with small and medium sized clients and agencies
- Mentor the team and ensure that they are generating persuasive sales presentations using market trends and case studies
- Exceed Sales goals
- Ensure that our clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service
