Operations Director - Digital

With so much going on they are now seeking to appoint an Operations Director (board designate) to work with Directors to drive the next stage of this top agencies growth. This is a critical hire and for the right candidate represents an exciting opportunity to join the board of a rapidly growing and successful agency and influence and share in its profitable growth.
The Operations Director will report to the CEO and will have full responsibility for agency operations and the direction and management of the project management team. Their key focus will be to ensure the profitable delivery of their work by effective utilisation of internal agency resources, contractors and any third parties.
They will also have responsibility for ensuring the business infrastructure supports the work and that they develop and implement robust processes for effective delivery across project lifecycles.
Robust and detailed management reporting is a critical element of the role - providing timely, relevant data on business, project , team and individual performance, to enable the business to optimise profitability and rapidly identify and resolve any financial performance issues at a project level.
Whilst the agency continue to successfully deliver a broad range and scale of digital marketing and development activity from social media campaigns to pan territory eCRM, large scale mid tier platform builds, brand campaign sites, eCommerce design and mobile services, they are conscious that their internal processes need to become increasingly robust, scaleable and flexible for the business to continue its rapid and profitable growth.
The Operations Director will have the opportunity to recommend and implement their proven and preferred processes.
The person we seek must come from a similar role within a top London digital agency and have the gravitas to suit this down to earth and easy going agency environment.
