Does Social Media get your creative juices flowing? Are you a bit of a whizz when it comes to dealing with insightful data? Do you want to be a Social Media ambassador?
The crux of this role is to assist in the development of an industry class analysis on social media campaigns. You will sit in the Social Media team which specialises in delivering solutions across digital PR, community, content and buzz monitoring. You will regularly provide insights into online conversations and how the consumer behaves and make recommendations on how to harness this for the brands advantage. You will also promote, (company-wide), buzz analysis and become an ambassador for the company.
You will have a solid background in analytics, digital media or search marketing. As well as demonstrate a solid understanding of blogger outreach and social networking and how it fits into the wider mix of online marketing. You MUST also be a strong communicator and an excellent presenter!

The strategy team incorporates strategic planning, consumer insight development and analysis, data planning and campaign evaluation, including econometrics and digital analytics.
You will possess a strong understanding of consumer led strategic planning, a comprehensive understanding of all comms channels, from traditional media to digital channels including emerging; this will include mobile and social media.
Your experience will be a consistent stream of hands on strategic development resulting in traditional and digital deployments across a wide spectrum of industry sectors. As Web Analytics and Optimisation Manager, you would be responsible for leading the Web Analytics team, with the primary responsibility for the commercial optimisation of the ecommerce site. You would also be responsible for measuring the impact of optimisation activities and sharing results with the online team.
Whilst this role is not customer facing in the same way as a sales assistant, a passion for customer service is essential! A strong background in web analytics and optimisation is essential (as is knowledge of analytics tolls such as Omniture).
