The role:
Propel London is a specialist digital and new media recruitment business. We‰Ûªre looking for a bright and tenacious recruitment consultant who‰Ûªs passionate about the online industry and wants the chance to succeed within a highly respected company surrounded by a supportive team. This is an excellent opportunity to join Propel. Due to our continued success we are looking for someone to come on board and join the team who recruits into leading digital media, online marketing and social media companies. Due to our continued success and the growth of the industry we have space for a bright and tenacious individual who is looking to grow their skills and earn some very good commission. With the support of the Digital media team your role will involve:
-Meeting with clients to ascertain their staffing needs
- Identifying suitable professionals in line with project briefs
- Targeting candidates in a proactive, professional and confidential manner
-Nurturing talented individuals through their job hunt
-Attending events, conferences and networking parties to get to know the right people in the space
-Becoming an internal expert, and external advocate for propel within your specialist area
- Building close relationships with clients
-Becoming a guru on key people and businesses in the field
-Contributing to the team environment and working closely and effectively with colleagues
We are looking for people with a strong interest in online. You might come from a digital agency background and want to expand into a recruitment field or perhaps you have recruitment experience in another sector and want to make the move to the exciting world of digital. We are flexible on experience provided the right transferable skills are there and the can do attitude and burning ambition is clear for us to see. What‰Ûªs more, you‰Ûªll ideally have a creative streak ‰Û" after all, finding the very best talent in the digital space requires an imaginative and unrestricted approach to recruitment.
