As CRM Manager you will be responsible for maximising the customer user experience and developing the overall customer retention and acquisition strategies. You will also be responsible for revenue per customer to help maximise revenue that can be generated for each and every user of the site. You will also implement campaigns around email, offers and messaging so will work closely with the development and merchandising teams.
Some of other key responsibilities of this role will include:
- Management of email campaigns, including copy, delivery and analysis
- Customer data analysis
- Customer trend reporting
- Management of retention and acquisition campaigns
- Help to develop attractive offers to customers based on data analysis
- Manage creative
I am looking for someone who is passionate about digital, data and maximising return on investment through CRM. You will have outstanding analytical skills (ideally with SQL), be innovative and proactive with outstanding attention to detail and with a commercially savvy mind. You will also have fantastic copywriting skills and have knowledge of segmentation and content management strategies.
