Huge opportunity to join a top 100 NMA agency that are very well established in Edinburgh and are now growing a London office from scratch. This company are growing at a phenomenal pace. They are integrated but with a longstanding digital pedigree. Their Clients span across financial, entertainment, FMCG, technology and sports brands. The London office will be offering full service 100% digital agency services including web design and build, online marketing, social media and consulting. You must be a confident client facing candidate; some prior exposure to working closely with project management teams would also be advantageous.

As account Manager you will report to the Head of Client Service and will have two key areas of responsibility. Firstly the retention and growth of your client portfolio and secondly the attraction and conversion of new revenue opportunities within that portfolio. You must be capable of stepping up to the mark in the following areas:

-Interfacing with clients on a day to day basis, fostering strong and trusting relationships
- delivering ongoing support and maintenance on accounts
-Managing project budgets and timescales in conjunction with project management teams
-Be capable of managing more than one client at any one time with the support of an Account Director
-Occasionally travelling to the head offices in Edinburgh to carry out meetings.
-Undertaking regular face to face meetings with clients to support project delivery and for forward planning purposes.
-Work with internal operational staff to plan and schedule resource
-Support clients to ensure client satisfaction and to obtain ongoing feedback with a view to creating further business development opportunities
-support new client relationships, ensuring that the client engagement process is smooth and rewarding.
-Proactively seek out other revenue generating opportunities by cross and up selling the agencies services within your accounts.
