Within this account management role you will be initially responsible for ensuring the smooth running and delivery of the client‰Ûªs email campaigns across over 70 countries worldwide; however the remit will soon to be including other digital channels, such as Social Media and SMS/MMS . The digital account manager will assist clients in defining their strategy and evaluating and reporting on campaign effectiveness ‰Û" you‰Ûªll be campaign managing the online marketing activities, ensuring that the strategy is put into practise in the best way and to timeframes and budget.
The ideal candidate for this role will have great email marketing experience from a digital agency, alongside a knowledge of other digital channels. A proven ability to manage complex client relationships and campaign cycles is important as is experience in managing email campaigns. To fill this role you would need a firm understanding of the strategic and creative sides of email marketing and be comfortable to work alongside the creative teams in checking and editing campaign layout.
