This small, friendly media agency has the best of both worlds... it is small enough to be nimble and at the same time has the backing of an established media group. This allows them to respond to the market quicker than the competition but also to pull on ‰Û÷big agency‰Ûª resource where required. They have lots work on from existing clients and at the same time are on new business push. To this end they are looking for a Business Development Manager with drive and entrepreneurial spirit that can see an opportunity and go for it.
This Business Development Manager role is a blend of growing spend amongst the existing client base, as well as actively seeking out and targeting new clients. They are pushing on PPC (search) at the moment as well as social media, so there‰Ûªs lots of opportunity to get clients excited in these channels. You will be given space and autonomy that would not be possible in a bigger group agency. The agency has a highly creative and collaborative atmosphere, so there‰Ûªs plenty of chance to input onto projects or in brainstorms.
You will be someone who wants to learn and think their feet, and grab opportunities with both hands. Ideally, you will be fluent in all aspects of digital with a focus toward search and - or social. Your top notch business development and client-management skills will be ready to shine in the interview!
