This afternoon we're heading to Channel 4 to find out the result of the BIMA Schools Digital Challenge.
The idea is for teams of students at school or college to come up with an idea for a digital solution to a community problem.
We're also providing a prize for the event - I don't think I should give away what it is, but it's pretty cool.
We're really proud to be involved in stuff like this. Since we started out in digital recruitment nearly 10 years ago we've constantly encountered businesses who are struggling to fill a skills shortage.
The simple fact is, the digital industry has grown so quickly that it's taking time for the employment market to catch up.
It's great, then, to see schemes like this which encourage young people to see the potential application of digital solutions.
Hopefully we can instil genuine interest and passion in young people which will translate into their entry into the digital job market in the future. That's got to be a good thing for everyone.
