Medium-sized well established digital agency is looking for a Senior Account Director looking to take their next step with a top 50 digital agency. The lucky candidate will join a solid executive team to lead and manage a brand new sexy ‰Û÷big win‰Ûª account which has just been secured for the business. This is an exciting opportunity and you will be responsible for the management of the client relationship in delivering digital solutions such as multiple web development projects and involved in new business pitches. The role will involve direct liaison with the client so the ability to form strong relationships with people at all levels is vital.
The Account Director is responsible for:
- Define and manage the relationship between the Project Managers, Account Managers and the Online Marketing manager
- Creating Online strategies for key accounts and providing coaching and guidance to the team on how to implement this
- Maximising revenue from key accounts
- Ensure strategic direction of the team is in line with company objectives
- Complete regular internal/external reviews of all client accounts
- Define processes and ensure that processes and relationships between departments are fluid.
- Provide visible coverage to customers
